I do hereby waive, release, absolve, and agree to hold harmless the sports association, the local Little League, Little League Baseball Inc., whether the results of negligence or for any other cause, except to the extent and the amount covered by Accident or Liability Insurance. If my son/daughter gains assignment on one of the teams of the local Little League, I understand no part of the registration fee is to be refunded.
